Got a few hours in today, have the rear panel trimmed up and tacked into place.

Fitted a stock boot and bumper to make sure things are all still lined up as it should be.

The gaps around the boot look good, it fits squarely and is even with the rear window.

With the boot in place it lines up properly with the rear bumper.

Rear bumper fits nice and square to the rear panel, so things are lining up very nicely.

Next step is a few hours of welding to lock it all into place, then I can start roughing in the bodywork.
